INFO 1:  The shipping time depends on the supplier and the range is about 2-5 weeks with tracking.  ACCHINGE may be emailed for a reply to your queries.  Your tracking number shall shall be provided for your reference and a link to manage the delivery of your purchases.

INFO 2:  Global purchase and shipping are available.  ACCHINGE shall endeavor to hold the delivery costs as Free Shipping .  Any adjustment for shipping costs to facilitate Priority Handling to remote or war regions shall be advised to the customer for payment.

INFO 3:  The product order will be Shipped and Delivered to the customer's address as per instructions at checkout & payment. 

INFO 4: While the prices of items & services are quoted in Canadian Dollars, the purchaser may use their Domestic currency credit card. The Issuer of the Credit Card shall convert the currency for the transaction, as required.   The customer's Credit Card statement will note the conversion rate. Please refer to the Credit Card Issuer guidelines on foreign currency purchases.

INFO 5: We shall not refund an order once the item has been shipped.  We shall, however, consider full refund if the product has been received damaged, broken or not complete, by the customer.  Proof is requested in such circumstances for follow-up with the supplier.
